How long will it take to get my orders?

All AURIA orders are carefully processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

What is your return policy?

You may return any eligible item within 14 days of delivery, for any reason — no questions asked.

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and certain intimate jewelry pieces are non-returnable.

We do not charge return or handling fees.
